Designer Velvet by Graham & Spencer has taken a classic tee shirt style and elevated it with feminine statement sleeves in the Simpson Cotton Slub Contrast Puff Sleeve Top.  The Simpson features a crewneck and a classic tee shirt length that hits at the hips on our models. What sets the Simpson apart, however, are the statement puff sleeves made from contrasting cotton voile to give it a touch of sheerness.  The 3/4 length sleeves are gathered at the cuff with  to cap off the puff sleeve look.  Available in Dolphin (light grey), Chervil (green) and White.  Fabric is 100% Cotton.  Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
