One of the newest additions to designer Velvet by Graham & Spencer's Rayon Challis collection, the April Rayon Challis Ruffle Top is the perfect tank featuring a super soft washable rayon and a feminine ruffle around the neck and shoulders making this a dressy and easy to wear piece.  The tank blouse features a v neckline in both front and back accented with ruffles.  The body of the tank features an approximately 1 inch strap/sleeve covered with the ruffle that is approximately 2.5 inches wide giving the look of a wider sleeve.  The tank length hits approximately at the hips.  Available in Black or Lantern (red).  Fabric is 100% Viscose.  Machine wash, tumble dry low.  Made in China.
