The Chazmin Blouse by Velvet by Graham and Spencer is the short sleeve version of the ever popular Rosie blouse.  The Chazmin features a henley style collar with a rayon challis fabric that naturally drapes.  With pleats around the collar and a rounded hem that is longer in the back and shorter in the front.  Available in Cavalry (Lt.
