The Cort High Low Top by Velvet is a great addition to your summer wardrobe.  The top features a super soft lux cotton slub fabric and is styled with dolman sleeves and as titled a high low hem with the back of the top being approximately 3 inches longer than the front in the center of the top.  As for length, the top hits just below the hips in front and well below the hits in back.  Available in Black and White.  Fabric is 50% Modal, 50% Cotton.
