The Justine Shirt Dress is a true statement dress by Velvet by Graham and Spencer. The dress features 3/4 length sleeves that are designed to be slightly rolled/gathered at the cuff of the sleeve. The dress also features a drawstring tie waist around the natural waist above the hips to give you the ability to tighten or loosen as you see fit. The dress buttons all the way from top to bottom in the center of the top and also has pockets in front on the top of the dress. As for length, the dress hits our 5'9" just above the knee, but the height can depend on how you tightly you tie the waist. Available in Black. Fabric is 100% Rayon. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Made in USA.
