VINTAGE FRINGE SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES
All orders typically ship the same day of your order if placed before 3pm MT Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped and providing you with tracking information.
Once you have received your tracking information, you can track your Fedex shipment at www.fedex.com. You can also track your shipments if you create a customer account at Vintage Fringe. To view your account Sign In then select Completed Orders, then select the order you wish to track and View Order Details.
We ship orders within the United States using Fedex Smartpost, Fedex Ground, Fedex Express Saver, Fedex 2 Day and Fedex Standard Overnight. We can ship orders anywhere within the United States using the shipping method of your choice as specified below. Currently we ship within the United States and we do not offer international shipping. We reserve the right to ship using alternate carriers if applicable.

We are happy to accept returns for items that have not been worn, washed or altered and still have original tags attached. We are unable to accept returns on any Outlet items as they are final sale. All Outlet items are denoted with OUTLET in the title for easy reference.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of store credit. We are unable to accept returns after 60 days from the purchase date. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 7 business days for your payment processor to credit your payment. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item please submit a return request as outlined below and specify Exchange in the Return Action and specify which item, size and color you wish to receive in exchange in the comments. For exchanged items, we will cover the cost of 1 additional shipment as long as the exchanged items are of equal or greater value.
To request a return if you created an account with us, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your account, then go to My Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders and select the order you wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to the item(s) you want to return.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

Once we have received your return request, we will reply with a confirmation that your return has been approved within 1 business day.
If you did not create an account, please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, the SKU and description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond to your request within 1 business day.
Returns that do not have an approved return authorization or are outside of our return process will not be refunded.
