Easy breezy is the Hadlee Winter Bubble Gauze Peplum Top by Velvet by Graham and Spencer.    This pop over top features an extravagance of details, like key hole button closure at the wrist and back of the neck and has an easy texture that you will love.  The bubble gauze is soft to the touch.  The flattering shape includes a peplum style at the waist.  This trend savvy top is a must have and is available in two colors: Hedge (forest green) and Viking (blue).
