The Neela top is a great high quality top with distinctive patterns so that you have options to work this top into your wardrobe. Our favorite aspects of this top are for starters the buttons. True to Velvet's high attention to detail, the top features a small white button with silver trim around the edges. Next, we love the ability to roll up the sleeves easily on this top giving you the ability to wear this top practically year round with the long sleeves in fall/winter and rolled up in spring/summer. Finally, the top features a rounded hem in front and back that is longer in front than on the sides making it great to tuck in if you want or wear out if you prefer.
